Who is InfinityForge Solutions?
InfinityForge Solutions is an Austrian enterprise technology company led by Markus Stangl, CEO. We sell AI4CRM as a SaaS product and deliver professional services that embed AI into CRM and adjacent systems. Our international team has more than 15 senior specialists across strategy, delivery, engineering, integration, AI, design, and quality assurance.
Can I get AI in my CRM without adopting a new SaaS platform?
Yes. Our professional services can build AI-into-CRM capabilities into your own infrastructure under a request-based model. You keep ownership of the stack and still get governed AI workflows. If you prefer a ready product, AI4CRM is available as SaaS.
What is the difference between AI4CRM and a custom build?
AI4CRM is our modular SaaS platform for AI enablement inside existing CRMs. It includes connectors and more than 20 ready-to-use AI use cases on BYO AI tiers, plus Managed AI options where we operate the AI for you. A custom build uses the same expertise through request-based services to implement comparable capabilities tailored to your systems and cloud accounts.
Which CRMs does InfinityForge support?
We work with Aurea CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics through purpose-built connectors. As integration specialists we can also connect further CRM and enterprise systems when they expose a proper API.
Is the data EU-hosted and GDPR-aligned?
Yes. Our cloud infrastructure is located in Europe (Frankfurt) and supports GDPR compliance and EU data residency. The infrastructure is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, 27701:2019, 22301:2019, 20000-1:2018, 9001:2015, and CSA STAR CCM v4.0.
Do you offer AI4CRM as a managed product, or can you build something in our environment?
Both. You can subscribe to AI4CRM, including Managed AI tiers where we operate the platform and AI components. Or you can engage us to build a comparable solution into your own infrastructure under request-based delivery.
